I had a great experience with Keith and ADAS Now. I reached out to him on July 3rd, right before the Fourth of July holiday, to diagnose an issue with my adaptive cruise control. Even with the holiday, he made time to inspect my vehicle and had a detailed estimate to me that same evening. I had previously researched the OEM Ford parts myself, and his pricing was right in line with what I found. His labor rates were also very fair, and I never felt like I was being overcharged. What really stood out was his customer service. He picked my vehicle up from my home and returned it when the work was complete, which made the entire process much easier for my family. Throughout everything, he kept me informed with clear communication, so I always knew what was going on. It's hard to find businesses that combine fair pricing, honesty, convenience, and excellent communication. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Keith and ADAS Now to anyone needing ADAS diagnostics or calibration work.

We called them Thursday with a broken cruise control from an old fender bender. They not only gave us a fair, accurate estimate sight unseen, the final cost ended up to be less than we expected due to their honesty and professionalism. They went about our repair to strategically reduce extra parts until we knew they were needed, in which case they weren't. The biggest WOW factor though, was how they were able to accommodate our family. With 4 kids and my husband out of town, they PICKED UP OUR EXPEDITION, took it back to the shop, fixed it up and had it back to us within 3 HOURS y'all. They got here by 11:30. Exactly when they said they would. They were back by 2:30 with cruise control fully operational. We have a trip to Louisiana next week. We weren't sure we could get this done in time. We are blown away at their service! You've gotta give them a shot, they will earn your repeat business I have no doubt about that! Thank you Keith for taking care of us!!

Excellent service and expertise! Highly recommend for any calibration needs - they diagnosed and repaired our Honda Odyssey windshield camera after another shop misdiagnosed and would've charged us double! They also picked up and brought back the van to our own home, which was highly convenient, even though we were 30 minutes from them! Go with ADAS Now!

ADAS Now is exactly as there name describes. They are quick with the calibrations and always go above and beyond in every repair. They make the process from sending the initial calibration estimate to picking up the vehicle, doing the calibrations and giving the reasonings for all the calibrations to easily send to the insurance company, to vehicle drop off. I have never worked with a more proficient team in all my years in the industry. Meredith and Keith are always just a phone call away and have made my life as an estimator so much easier with their unmatched skill, work ethic and attention to detail. Anyone would be lucky to use them as there go-to vendor in their collision center. Thank you for everything that you do, it is greatly appreciated.

I took my car for repair at Caliber Collision and when I left, a bunch of sensors went off. Caliber could not clear the issues and refused to fix the problem. I came to ADAS Now and they found the cause of the problem in less than 45 min and fixed it. In addition to that, they figured out why my mirror’s blind spot sensor wasn’t working. They do great work. Highly recommend
